Compliance
Written for Queensland and New South Wales.
Point-to-point transport is regulated state by state. JollyDrivers is written for those two states' law, keeps the evidence it asks for at every step of a trip, and says plainly where it doesn't yet. It makes no claims about any other state or territory.
Before a job is assigned, JollyDrivers checks that the driver and the car are cleared for the state the trip is in, warning or refusing as the operator has chosen, and names the document that is missing or lapsed.
